As part of the Ecorys Transversal study programme, Creative Alliance are hosting 13 visitors from 12 different European countries for a week-long study visit to learn about ‘Apprenticeships for Workplace Learning in the Creative and Cultural Sectors and Schools’.
To showcase a best practice example of apprentices working creatively in schools the visitors attended Victoria Park Primary Academy on Tuesday 1st April. This was an opportunity to find out what kind of roles apprentices can do in schools, how they can work creatively to enhance the curriculum and how running creative projects (such as VP Zine and Monsters Write) can be used to improve the working levels of pupils.
The visitors joined us from Denmark, Sweden, Romania, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovenia, The Netherlands, France, Italy, Germany, Turkey and Estonia.
