This year our Summer Fair will take place on Wednesday 24th June between 2.00pm and 4.00pm on the school field (weather permitting). Entrance to the fair is at a cost of 50p per adult, in exchange for a raffle ticket on entry to win a prize. Children go free!
The fair will also include: a Grand Raffle, Cake Stall, Tombola, Bric-a-Brac, Bouncy Castle, Face Painting, Tattoos, Henna Art, Book Stall, Deal or No Deal, Splat the Rat, Sports Activities and a variety of refreshments will be on sale – including Samosa’s. The Grand Raffle draw will take place at 3.30pm. Prizes include a Foot Spa, Kettle, Mixer Set, Designer Bag, Perfume, and more.
Remember to visit our Spice Academy stall where we will be selling our special ‘Mrs Mahal’s Masala’ Spice blend and our new ‘Spicy Ambassador’s Tea Masala’, a blend created by the children.
Parents can either visit the fair with their child(ren) at 3.15pm when the children finish school or at 2.00pm. If you would like to collect your child from school at 2.00pm (from the normal place) then you must complete the Summer Fair Reply Slip which was sent home last week and return to your child’s class teacher by Wednesday.
Do not worry if you cannot pick your child up at 2.00pm. The teachers will keep all children at school ready for you to collect them at 3.15pm.
TO PROTECT THE SAFETY OF ALL OF OUR CHLDREN, PARENTS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COLLECT THEIR CHILD(REN) AT 2.00PM UNLESS YOU HAVE RETURNED THE FORM. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
All money raised will go towards the school.
