As part of our Film Fest Arts Celebration, Year 2 children and staff visited Walsall art Gallery on Thursday 19th June.
“Fantastic“, “Brilliant“, “Amazing” were just some of the words children used to describe their visit to the Gallery. The children had an opportunity to study sculptures, portraits and still life pieces of art. They used their red hats to talk about feelings they had when looking at different pieces of art work. They thoroughly enjoyed the collograph workshop, where they were able to make their own prints.
A good time was had by all!
