During the last half term of the summer, Year 5 have enjoyed learning all about Space through their NICER challenge ‘Space Infinity.’ The children have learnt all about the Space Race between Russia and USA, planets in the Solar system, they have written a film narrative for the opening of Star Wars and they’ve even designed their own Space Apps. To finish the challenge, the children and staff from Year 5 were extremely fortunate to be able to visit the National Space Centre in Leicester. It was awesome!
