Year 5 travelled to Ludlow Castle as part of their ‘Castle Attack’ Spring NICER Challenge; the visit was the ‘Hook’ to the challenge, engaging all of the children with the theme. After eventually arriving in the town centre, everyone eagerly made their way to the castle itself. Children and staff had an amazing time exploring the grounds, role playing and learning about the historic castle. They even had their very own tour guide; thanks Mr. Morrish!
A brilliant day was had by all and it has helped to give Year 5 lots of inspiration for the weeks ahead.
