New members have recently been chosen by their peers and teachers to form our new School Council. The councillors will represent the different classes and year groups within our school; children have been chosen from each class from years 2-6. The team have met on a number of occasions to receive their training and to discuss and research the various Councillor roles.
On Friday 28th November, the children will meet to share the reasons why they think they should have a particular job on our School Council; job roles include: main and reserve councillors, Chair-person, Vice Chair and Secretary.
Please continue to support and encourage the School Council Team as the children are a significant ‘voice’ in our school; who help to make important decisions, raise money for a range of worthwhile causes, help out in areas of our local community and who represent our school in a very positive way.
