On Wednesday 2nd July 2014 Year 3 went on an exciting trip to Twycross Zoo as part of their NICER Curriculum challenge. This term the children have been learning all about Dinosaurs and lucky for them, they discovered some that had come back from extinction at Twycross Zoo! The children were amazed to see them and this real life experience then helped them to write an information leaflet about these creatures. Dinosaurs were not the only animals they saw, others included: Penguins, Zebras, Meerkats, Elephants and lots more. Seeing these different animals from around the world gave the children an experience they will never forget.
