Children in our school were invited to take part in the Young Voices performances at the LG Arena on Thursday 6th December 2012.

Young Voices are the largest school choir organisers in the world, bringing together between 5,000-8,000 children at each of their concerts across the UK, and are coming to the LG Arena this December.

This year’s artists were Connie Talbot of Britain’s Got Talent fame, Randolph Matthews and the African Children’s Choir who joined the children to perform their Diamond Jubilee hit ‘Sing’.

Having arranged the largest school choir concerts in the world for over 16 years now, Young Voices has heard over 1 million children sing at their concerts.

Our children and staff had a fantastic time and a member of staff said, ‘It was an amazing experience and the talent in the Arena was phenomenal! I’m definitely looking forward to next year’s event!’
